Where are my cards?

Your collection and drafts are saved locally, not in an Ellvan account. The browser and Android app have separate storage. Different browsers or website addresses can also have separate collections. Keep using the same device and app to find your cards.

Remove one card or draft

In Make cards, use the delete control next to the draft you want to remove and confirm. To remove a saved card, open Collection in Grid view, use that card's remove control and follow the confirmation. Other cards or the original artwork file on your device are not removed by this action.

Remove all local app data

This can permanently erase your collection. Ellvan cannot restore locally deleted cards. There is no Ellvan account to delete, and reinstalling is not a reliable backup method.

• Android: Open device Settings, then Apps, TopFoil, Storage (or Storage & cache), then Clear storage or Clear data. Labels vary by device. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but device backup may restore some information later.
• Browser: Use the browser's site-data settings to remove storage for the address where you used TopFoil. Clearing cookies alone may not clear IndexedDB, so choose all site data. Private browsing and storage-cleanup tools can also remove saved cards.
• Device backups: Check your Android or other device backup provider's settings if you also want backed-up app data removed. We do not control those backups.

Information sent to support

To request deletion of a support message or other personal information held by Ellvan, email us from the address used for your original request and identify the information. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may need proportionate information to verify your request and may retain records where legally required. Local cards on your device must be removed using the steps above.

Music and movement

Open Settings to turn background music on or off. Your choice is remembered on the device. Music starts after your first tap, plays quietly with fades and pauses when the app goes into the background. Drag a card to rotate it, choose Move light to adjust the lighting, and use Flip to see its back. The spin speed button cycles through speeds. TopFoil follows your device's reduced-motion preference; enable that in accessibility settings for less animation.

Turn usage analytics off

In the Android app, open Settings and turn Share usage analytics off. Analytics is optional and disabled until a grown-up enables it. Turning it off stops future collection and resets the on-device Firebase analytics identifier. It does not automatically delete events already sent to Google. Contact us about applicable privacy or deletion requests. No card names, words, images, photos or card IDs are included in these events. See our privacy policy for more information.
